- Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days depending on the location
5. Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- To cancel, contact us immediately at support@harshusparkle.com or via WhatsApp.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
